There were too many dogs on several floors. Also, a lot of marijuana that you could smell at the pool side as well as the balconies. Bathrooms need complete updating.

The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap

I visited this place 4-5 years ago and I loved it but it was lacking a better outdoor kids pool. Fast forward to today it’s still the same issue, nothing for kids to really do or play in other than the lazy river. When it comes to the room I was glad to see that the carpet flooring had been replaced with something more suitable. But the living room chairs are so outdated, the curtains are old and started to crack. My dvd player in the living room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch the movie I picked out for the kiddos to watch. And then I had a phone issue…it didn’t work the whole time being there and I was told twice that someone was going to come to fix it. Never got done. And then there’s the neighbors issue. When it came time to lay down after being tired from being up all day in the sun moving around, dealing with kids, had a bite to eat…the neighbors want to start beating on the walls, stomping loud, and the doors have no pressure to them so when someone closes the doors it’s a loud bang. I may give this place a try one more time because I love the location right down from the amusement park, and I love eating eat Scooby’s. It is so convenient to have a place that serves food and alcohol beverages right outside attached to the hotel.
